Dear Parents:
We are happy to hear that you are considering enrolling
your child in our preschool! During the month of
January, if you would like to schedule a tour to see our
school and have a chance to take a peek at a classroom
“in action” you may call us at 630-879-9470 to make an appointment. We also
will be happy to meet you at our Open House for
Prospective Students, which is scheduled for Thursday,
January 28, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Open House is a
wonderful opportunity to bring the whole family and have
a chance to meet our teachers. Please RSVP if you are
planning on coming to our Open House either by
voicemail at the number above or by e-mail at
office@BataviaNurserySchool.org.
In
order to register for Preschool, you will need to return
the completed 2010-2011 enrollment application, along with the registration
fee. Please

Dear Parents:
As of January 1, 2008, parents who are
enrolling a child in a preschool for the
first time must present a certified copy of
their birth certificate to be kept on file.
This new state law (Bill HB0250) requires
that parents submit the birth certificate
prior to the start of school. We would
appreciate it if you could turn in your
Birth Certificate prior to the beginning of
school. We are able to photocopy it and can
return the original to you at our parent
meeting in August.
For students born in Kane County, the
Kane County Clerk's Office has information about getting a certified
copy of your child's birth certificate.

Registration fees
- First-time student
fee: $75
- Returning student
fee: $60
- Family maximum: $100
Please keep in mind that the registration fee is
non-refundable.
Registration procedure
- For members of the Congregational Church of Batavia
as well as students currently enrolled and alumni
families: You may register at any time during the
Pre-Registration period that begins
Monday, January 13, and ends Friday, January 29. You may turn in your
Registration Application in person or
mail it to our office.
- For new students: Open Registration begins on Saturday,
January 30,
at 9 a.m. Registration is done by telephone.

Please keep in mind that registration is on a
first-come, first-served basis. After your
application and registration fees have been
processed, you will receive a written confirmation
letter from us. We will send you a medical form (new
students) and tuition bill during the first week of
May. If you are a returning student, a new medical
form will not be necessary in most cases as they are
valid for two years.
Tuition is as follows:
- 3-Year-Old Morning: $135 per month.
- 3-Year-Old Afternoon: $165 per month.
- 4-Year-Old (Morning and Afternoon): $165 per
month.
- Pre-Kindergarten: $210 per month.
